The Poker Dream Challenge is organized by The Shark of New Delhi with the aim of sending the finest Indian Poker Players to Las Vegas to compete against the world’s best players in the WSOP Main Event.
The satellite event to the WSOP 2011 Main Event was a Rs. 50,000 Freezeout event which took place on 23rd October at Casino Royale, Goa and had an impressive field of 42 players. Two players won a complete package to the WSOP in Las Vegas- Lawrence Sanjay and Rajesh Goyal,while Arjun Pasricha won a cool Rs 3,80,000.
The Shark plans to organize similar satellites to the WSOP with the goal offorming a Team of Indian players which will represent the country at the 2011 WSOP Main event . We are sure many Poker Fans are awaiting the next satellite announcement from The Shark!
