Aces Unlimited has made a niche for itself by offering unique poker tournaments. The first Aces Unlimited Poker Conquest debuted in November 2010 at Casino Royale in Goa, where they introduced a multi-format series which included a Rebuy, Knockout and a Shootout event each.
The first Poker Conquest was very well received and they are now gearing up for a high roller tournament to be held on the weekend of 25th-27th November at Casino Royale, Goa. Aces Unlimited aims to continue providing a unique poker experience to the Indian Poker Players community by presenting different formats and we can certainly expect future events to include variations like Doubles Heads up, Omaha, Stud, Razz, H.O.R.S.E and more.
When asked about the prospects for Aces Unlimited, Director Rajeev Kanjani noted “In the future we will be introducing High Roller Weekends along with the usual 4 day weekend Multi-Format tournaments, wherein we will target the High Roller Poker players of India to unite in Goa and play high buy in tournaments. These tournaments will be also different. We will be introducing a Heads Up tournament for the 1st time in India and perhaps in the future we may also introduce Doubles Heads Up, possibilities are unlimited with us. For our Multi-Format tournaments, we will be including Omaha, Stud, Razz, etc. The whole idea is that the players are able to gain experience in all formats and not only in the usual freezeouts played very frequently”.
The 4 Seasons of Poker Aces Unlimited Tournament Series will be kicking off with the Summer Edition from 18th-22nd May, 2011 in Sol Poker Room, Pride Casino. The schedule features new and unique events catering to the full circle of Poker Players, with a range of buy-ins from 5K to 25K.
Aces Unlimited has also introduced a Player of the Year Contest, which will award the POY a cash prize of Rs. 100K! The first POY contest starts May 2011 and ends in Feb 2012, over The 4 Seasons of Poker events.
