    Karan wins PGT 12K bounty

    Karan Jain held a commanding chip lead at the start of the heads-up battle and maintained the lead till the end, outlasting the field of 79 runners to win the 12K Bounty Tournament.

    On the last hand of the tournament, Karan Jain opens to 16K from the button, Prabhat Mukherjea announces that he is allin, Karan Jain calls.

    Karan's needs some catching up to do against Prabhat`s .

    The flop brought , Karan adds a gutshot straight draw to his outs.

    The turn is , Karan completes his straight and Prabhat is drawing dead until an eight opens on the river.

    River is a brick and we have our Champion! Karan Jain wins the tournament taking home the lion`s share of the prizepool of INR 3 Lacs and the Silver Trophy. Prabhat Mukherjea collects INR 1.65 Lacs for his runner-up finish along with some valuable points on the player of the year leaderboard.

    At blinds 3000/6000, Nitish opens with a raise of 16000 from the button, Karan Jain in small blind position 3-bets it to 45000, Action is on Nitish and he 4-bet jams, Karan Jain makes the call.

    The cards ran , Karan scoops the pot knocking out Nitish Gupta in 3rd place for INR 110,000. It's now heads-up between Karan Jain v/s Prabhat Mukherjea with Karan in the chiplead.

    Karan Jain on the button opens with a bet of 9K, Prabhat Mukherjea in small blind flats while Nitish in the big blind folds.

    The community cards flipped , Prabhat checks, Karan bets 11k, Prabhat calls.

    The 4th street card is , Prabhat checks, Karan leads with a bet of 18K, Prabhat thinks for a while and calls.

    The river card is , Karan announces that he is allin for his entire stack of 85000, Prabhat tanks for a long time and then decides to make the call.

    After losing a big pot to Prabhat Mukherjea a few hands earlier, Tournament Pro - Jasven Saigal moves allin from the button with just over 30000 chips, Prabhat in small blind folds while Nitish Gupta in big blind calls.
