IPS chapter 2 went underway with a bang. The 5k Event 1 saw a record turnout of 106 participants including many familiar players and quite a few new ones joined in the action. It took over 5 hours to reach the final table. The final tablists and the starting chip stacks were: |

Rahul Guha had a dominating chip stack and seemed poised to crush the final table however several interesting hands and swingy play negated all predictions. Short stacks Tejas Patel and Angie Herrera both held on as both Sunil Singh and Rahul Bhatia crashed early. However both Tejas and Angie exited soon afterwards. Worthy of mention here is some crafty play by YJ Kim who made some entertaining moves and captured the chip lead from Rahul Guha. The final cashes were: |
