I like the check on the river. If he has any queen, he prolly bets for sure. And since he's spewy, he's def bluffing with all his missed draws and maybe mid pairs he decides to turn into a bluff. Ez river call obv and well if he has a J, cant do much bout it. Just gotta move on!
