On the 30th, March 2012, Currently Hero Poker pro Terrence Chan won his professional mixed martial arts (MMA) debut fight in Hong Kong’s Legend Fighting Championship 8. Terrence’s opponent, Alex Lee, had a five-inch height benefit but was caught in a arm bar submission in the first half of the second round.
Chan has over USD $1 million in live and online poker tournament earnings and is trained for martial arts in Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for years.
After his win he tweeted saying, “Thank you thank you thank you everyone! It was a super tough fight, so happy to get the win! Thank you all for the love and support!”
