Switching to MTTs

Guys,

I'm going to start playing MTTs (<5$ buy-ins) on stars (never played MTTs / anything on stars before).
I have a cpl of questions.

1. What games do I play ? Do I just start playing MTTs that is <5$? Or should I start with 45/180 man games first?
2. When is the best time to play in IST? I'm going to be playing just 4 tables for a while till I get used to the software and games.
3. Please share your HUD for MTTs. My HUD is below and let me know if I'm missing any essential stats for MTTs. Using PT4.

VPIP/PFR/3-bet%/Flop c-bet%/Fold to flop c-bet %./ (No. of hands)
Steal % from LP / Fold blinds to steal % / Aggr. factor / (Name).

I'll play daily and post hands where I did'nt know what to do.

PS : I have a 2k+ roll and I'm not grinding these for a bankroll. I just did'nt want to skip the basics. So, if grinding these will be of no use to learn about MTTs , do let me know.
