I have withdraw some funds from 888poeker, i just wants to know is it legal to withdraw funds from moneybookers into my Bank account. I have withdrawn some funds in the past and i received a call from bank they were asking from where i receive the money.

Under FEMA all foreign currency transactions have to be recorded by Banks. Its not illegal but for tax implications consult a CA.
