he culd hav a lot of hands..and most of them wuld hav u crushed here. the 2 u mentioned wuld also obv be part of his range
now thinking abt it checking the flop could have been better.

Yeah with the 10h, this is a much easier check back on the flop, especially against two limp-callers. It often doesn't pay to be very aggro in the $3 FTP SNGs because the ranges of about 50% players in them are incredibly wide, and they love to spew. You're a big stack, just sit back and wait for them to spew to you in the right spot.
As played, folding is certainly the right play, though I wouldn't mind a smaller flop bet.
