it seems like he had QQ or JJ....if you have reraised at flop that may have stopped him from going all in....river fold is a right decision according to me

Post flop is fine , river shove is only for value, he is never bluffing there. I would put him on 89s Kinda hand.

I think in such a spot esp with KQo it should always be a 3-bet/fold, just way too much reverse implied odds here. Your most likely going to end up in shitty spots even when u hit.
As played I would fold here, I don't think he is barreling 3 streets light too often for this to be profitable.

3b pre is pretty bad, I wud always flat here pre. Much rather 3b a hand like KTo or sth tht doesnt flop well, KQ is usually pretty good when we flop top pair. Wud play same till river, river is pretty close, he shud only be shoving AK AA and sets for value (he rly shudnt raising KJ KT utg so wont put those in his value shoving range on river), although a narrow range he was utg and dont think people are hood enough to 3 barrell bluff in 5$ tourny, without any reads I wud fold but its pretty close.
