An extremely quiet week has passed by, probably with the lull in tournaments. Jason Mercier is still at the No. 1 spot on the GPI Top 300 rankings for the ninth straight week. Anthony Zinno may have slipped down the GPI scale, but continues to lead the GPI POY rankings for the 11th week. Byron Kaverman is now at 2nd place on both, the GPI rankings, as well as the POY leaderboard.

In the Top 300 list, Indian-origin players Pratyush Buddiga and Nipun Java continue to climb.

The Climbers

Stephen Chidwick recovers his fall of last week and is up by one spot to No. 7.

The Dippers

Davidi Kitai slips a place and is now at No. 8.

Notable Indian Movers in the Top 300

Pratyush Buddiga climbs 10 places this week to No. 15.

Mukul Pahuja continues to slip and is down to No. 39.

Nipun Java keeps rising and is now at No. 140, another nine spots up. Java recently finished runner-up in the $1,100 NLH Playboy Event #4 at ‘The Commerce Poker Series’ for $72,245, after a six-way deal.
